Low to moderate projection and nothing too sweet or heavy. Musk, iris, soft citrus and light woods work. Strong oud or very sweet vanilla can be too much in a shared space.

How much should I spray at work?

One or two sprays, on the chest or wrists rather than the neck. You want people to notice it only up close.

Which is the softest here?

Parfums de Marly Palatine is the quietest, a powdery violet. Sospiro Vibranna, an earthy iris, is a close second.
